Ermine White with black and white houndstooth interior and complete ground-up restoration to a concours standard. The car received the 2006 International Chevrolet Convention Platinum Award with 971/1,000 points in Springfield, Missouri. The car was donated by John and Jeannette Staluppi to the Darrell Gwynn Foundation for auction at Barrett-Jackson West Palm Beach. Established in 2002 by champion drag racer Darrell Gwynn and his wife Lisa, the foundation's mission is to provide support for people with paralysis and to prevent spinal cord injuries. Proceeds from the auction of the 1960 Chevrolet Impala will benefit the foundation's mission including its Wheelchair Donation Program, Education & Prevention Program and Patient Assistance Fund.
