The engine, transmission, transfer case, axles and brakes were rebuilt. New axle seals, clutch, and brake cylinders. The frame was glass beaded and painted. Tow hitch has been added with 4-pin electrical harness. All new suspension and ball joints. Tub has new quarter panels, floor treated with POR-15 product. Frame was also treated with POR-15. Tub also treated with acid etching primer and paint. Tub was Rhino-lined inside with exception of the transmission hump making removal for maintenance possible. Floor shift installed for shifting ease. Dash and gauges are all original. The heater was rebuilt and painted. All doors were replaced with rust and dent free doors. All doors are coated with POR-15 on the inside and acid etched primed on the outside before paint. The rust-free doors were restored with new felt, rubber, regulators, and mirrors. New custom glass with a mild tint that is laminated. Hardtop and rear door glass was replaced. Fiberglass top has been Rhino-coated inside and out. Rubber on top has been replaced. New glass windshield, custom made. New old stock lights, reflectors and emblems. Rear tail light brackets built to protect original tail lights. Vehicle has been professionally detailed to include cleaning and re-wrapping all wire harnesses. Radiator fins are bug free and straight. All bolts on body have been replaced with stainless steel if not original zinc. The 4-year restoration was completed with a touch of chrome to set it apart from any other.
