Lot #916.1 - The first Brougham appeared in London in 1839, built by Robinson, a coachbuilder for Lord Chancellor Brougham, and immediately became the fashion. This one seat easily accessible carriage was the ladies favorite. Serial numbers found in 3 places during restoration. Used in California, Nevada and Arizona. Beautifully restored with quilted interior. Good condition except for missing glass. The ladies can have a great time with this carriage.
