Description

Lot #825.1 - This is a piece of automotive art that is stored in a climate controlled showroom. It's not assembled from aftermarket parts, but truly a hand-crafted Hot Rod and a one-of-a-kind car. The suspension front and rear is pushrod design with oval shaped A-arms just like Indy and Formula 1 racers, a real Halibrand quick-change and one-off Budnik wheels. The entire suspension is highly detailed and polished. Powered by a LT1 engine with aluminum heads and Twin-Turbos. Has a modest boost at 6 lbs for a streetable 450hp. Turn up the boost to a hair raising 600hp. Features an inter-cooler for the Turbos in the front with a 42" aluminum radiator in the rear. The engine is mated to a 700R4 automatic transmission and the side pipes are actually chambered mufflers. The sound is heart pounding, but easily streetable. The body is long and sleek with a proper stance. The hood extended 12", doors 10", and rear deck shortened 3 1/2" for low sleek look. The paint is award-winning silver blended over charcoal with flames sprouting out of the side pipes. 9 brilliant colors were used. The interior is gorgeous in burgundy leather and wool carpet. But this Rod is a driver and actually a piece of automotive art. If you want something special and not a cookie-cut Rod, this Twin-Turbo '32 is for you. A show stopper where ever it goes. It's an elegant, highly detailed, custom piece of automotive art.
