Lot #5061 - This is one of the most desirable chassis of its day with striking coachwork by Kellner. Originally purchased in 1932 by Monsierur Jacques Violet of Paris, France, then sold to Mr. Vivian A. Corradine of Arcadia, CA. Purchased by J.B. Nethercutt of the famed Nethercutt Collection of San Sylmar, CA in the 1950s and displayed until 1965 when it was sold to Bill Harrah of the famed Harrah's collection of Reno, NV. Re-purchased by the J.B. Nethercutt where it remained on display at the Nethercutt Collection until sold to current owner in 2011, who had the car restored to its magnificent condition by Mike Fennel Restoration of Saugus, CA. Beautifully appointed with Stephen Grebel tail lamps, Phares Auteroche auxiliary lights, Brevet hardware and luxurious rear cabin ornamented with exquisite fixtures and sculpted burlwood trim.
