Lot #165 - Of the 600 convertible coups produced there were three models, this model 760 b was offered late in 1938 and while it is unknown how many 760 b models were made the guess is less than 400. As near as can be determined through literature and the various clubs there seems to be between 4 and 6 of these cars known to exist today. This car was displayed at the petersen museum for about one year in 1995, was also on display at the l.a. Auto show by ford motor co, in 1996 this zephyr was featured at "the lodge" pebble beach ca, then for the 2nd time it was displayed with the new lincolns at the l.a. Auto show and 2002 the zephhy went back to pebble beach with ford motor co. For the "out of the blue" kick of party for the concours d'elegance"at "the lodge". This car was also a movie star and was driven by annette bening in the movie "bugsy".
