Lot #725.1 - This well-restored truck was recently used as a display vehicle inside the showroom of Rick Hendrick's City Chevrolet in Charlotte, NC. Finished in a beautiful combination of two-tone beige over a Saddle interior, this stylish truck has a timeless look, thanks to its multi-spoke red wheels, whitewall tires and wooden bed rails. A unique feature of this truck is its window mounted Eskimo Car Cooler, which in conjunction with the factory Tropic Aire heater, help make this truck drivable year round. Under the hood, much attention to detail was paid displaying the mechanicals with flair, from the brass radiator to the finned Offenhauser valve cover, and many other well-restored components. The 235ci inline-6 is responsible for getting everything moving and is fitted with an Offenhauser dual-carburetor/intake setup which is mated to a 3-speed manual transmission.
