TURBO 400 AUTOMATIC
Lot #1351.1 - A 1957 Cadillac custom built by the world famous Boyd Coddington Garage on the TLC network TV series "American Hot Rod". The car was built in conjunction with Hershey's Chocolate for Reese's in a Collector's Edition flavor inspired by the king, Elvis Presley, for his love of peanut butter and banana sandwiches. The flavor released was a peanut butter and banana creme candy. The promotion was the largest in Reese's history. The car is a full custom, hand built 1957 Cadillac with a 540cid/650hp big block Chevrolet engine, Turbo 400 transmission, 9" Ford rear, throttle body electronic Fuel Injection, one-off Boyd Coddington wheels and steering wheel, custom candy cooler mounted in trunk, Gabe Lopez custom leather interior, power windows, power steering, power disc brakes, Vintage Air conditioning and heat, remote access for windows and doors, custom dash and gauges, full audio system, DVD player, iPod link, CD player, AM/FM, Sirius satellite radio, flush-mounted bumpers, shaved moldings and other body mods. The car has only 60 miles on it since completion and is exceptional in every way. Documentation goes with the car to the new owner. It drives and operates as it should. Is show ready and would make a fine addition to any car collection. Included in the sale is one case of the Limited Edition candy.
