Lot #172 - The most desired classic in automotive history. This 1959 Cadillac Series 62 convertible, previously owned by Princess Gloria Von Thurn und Taxis of German Royalty, gets its better than new looks from a ground up restoration in excess of $100,000 completed January 2004.. Authentic Eldorado Biarritz chrome adorns the sides, its red leather interior is immaculate, triple plate show chrome shines all around and the restored engine has under 5 miles on it. Aside from the non-functioning stereo, this car is ready to drive or be put on display to amaze even the most scrutinizing car collectors of the world.
