Lot #925 - Located in the East.
This was the first year for the newly restyled Riviera. The Riviera originated in a Bill Mitchell project to revive the Cadiilac La Salle which disappeared in 1940. Riding a 117 inch wheelbase, the Riviera was about 14 inches shorter than other Buicks and 200-300 pounds lighter. The 401 325 HP V8 was standard for the 1963 Debut year. This restored example is in very good condition and would make a great addition to any collection.
