Description

Lot #486 - Remarkable custom build. Has shaved dash and the headliner was custom made with leather to continue the blue stripe from the hood to the trunk. When you look in the engine compartment it is just plain clean. The new front end means no shock towers and the wires were hidden almost completely. An electric fan and aluminum radiator are hidden under the custom made steel cover. The hood was custom made out of fiberglass and looks perfect under, as well as on top. The custom hood is auto-locking latch that release from inside the car. The car has power steering and serpentine billet pulley system. Flaming River custom tilt column electric windows where window crank is actually an electric switch, show stopper JME gauge cluster, under dash air condition by Vintage Air, leather complete including doors, seats, side panels and headliner, along with the metal on the doors. Mustang horses embroidered on seats, stitching by hand. All new hardware and customized console for the Richmond 6-speed transmission, OEM parts used when available throughout interior, speakers were built in to the panels and grille holes put into the leather for that perfectionist finished look. Trunk leather throughout Exterior has Shelby rims, halogen blue headlights, sound proofing Dynamat, custom dual exhaust and blue stripe painted, not a decal. Drivetrain has 6-speed manual transmission, Richmond posi-traction rear end, Wilwood disc brakes all around, EVM Watts tri-link rear suspension, MSD ignition, polished custom pulley system and Mustang II front end. Original engine is 289cid precision built with 300hp, ported and polished with aluminum heads.
