Prototype Big block A/C car built. The 1st of only 34 built. This car was sent to Shelby engineering Dept. 2/67 as a test car for A/C cooling. This car was raced & tested at GOODYEAR'S race track in San Angelo, Tx. alongside Sister Car ......"The SUPERSNAKE" there for speed run record. Carroll Shelby, Fred Goodell & a staff of Shelby American engineers on hand testing both cars. Testing commenced March 23,1967. All this is Documented by SAAC, Registry. Copies of original Documents from Shelby American personnel setting up this event go with the car. Also a Marti report is part of the documents that go with the car. Over $90k in restoration receipts, also. Less than 100 miles since Ground up finished. All correct casting numbers & date codes. BJ/BK carbuerators, Tags on carbs., axle, engine (on coil bracket) in place. Original Magstars wheels with GOODYEAR Speedway tires. Super RARE AM/FM radio. Functional rear brake scoops. All Unique Shelby only parts where they should be. A/C all rebuilt or NOS parts & still uses R-12 refrigerant, & yes it blows cold.
