Lot #1318.1 - Original owner Bob Hogan raced it in the late sixties in the Pacific Northwest. After only three races, the boat was permanently garaged after he witnessed a friend's fatal crash during a race of a similar, but less powerful, Sanger. It was a decision that likely saved his life. Used only in three races. Motor complete and prepped to race. Alcohol-based stock motor produces from 800 to 1200 horsepower. Exceptional, original boat with top quality components. Original style trailer with period Cragar SS wheels. One of the most magnificent period drag boats in the world, mated to its equally magnificent SOHC pull vehicle. Of the only 200 or so "Cammer" SOHC 427 Hemis made by Ford.
