Description

Lot #419 - An absolutely spectacular 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle custom coupe that was professionally built and is truly a one-of-a-kind. It has many custom upgrades, such as the paint and engine bay, Billet Specialties wheels, custom-built interior and 383 stroker crate engine with aluminum heads detailed throughout with chrome. A lot of time and thought went into building this '70 Chevelle. It was beautifully designed and attracts tons of attention. The body is laser-straight. The exterior is painted in a custom Mercedes color that runs under the hood onto the shaved firewall. The car has an incredible stance and sits on custom Billet Specialties wheels that are 20" front and rear. The exterior is complemented with a custom-built black interior. Some custom features include the seats, door panels, gauges, Ididit polished tilt steering column and Billet Specialties "Formula Version" contrast-cut aluminum steering wheel. The trunk compartment is finished in black velour. A custom 8-speaker stereo system will blow you out of your seat. The detailed engine compartment is painted and the firewall has been smoothed. It houses the blueprinted and balanced 383 stroker and many high-end upgrades. The alternator, power steering, intake and pulleys are polished. The engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. It breathes through Headman ceramic-coated headers and a 3" show-quality exhaust. The engine is coupled with a Turbo 400 automatic transmission and 2500 stall converter, aluminum driveshaft and GM 12-bolt rear end with 3.73 gears. The upgraded front and rear suspension provides a great ride with excellent handling. It has a complete SSBC braking system that includes a painted booster with master cylinder and 4-wheel disc brakes for quick stopping.
