Lot #847.1 - This car started life as a Coronet 500 convertible which is rare because only a total of 924 were built in 1970. This car was stripped to bare metal and built with only the best. The car was featured in Mopar Collectors Guide and has won many top honors. Features include a 440 Wedge motor with Barry Grant Six Shooter Six Pack carburetors. It has 727 TorqueFlite automatic with Gear Vendors overdrive, Ford 9" posi-traction with 3.73 gears, Hydroboost power and Wilwood disc brakes on all four corners, Budnik wheels with Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, custom dash with Auto Meter gauges and in-dash DVD player with two screens, black leather interior with tan ostrich inlays, custom AlterKation front suspension with coilovers and power rack & pinion steering.
