Lot #390 - This 1970 Dodge Super Bee is a fresh rotisserie restoration of a true "V" Code 440 Six Pack car with a date code correct Six Pack engine. Finished in its rare and hard to find original high impact color of Go Mango Orange. The 5th digit in the VIN is a V and the original Fender Tag shows the E87 engine code for the 440 Six Pack and the EK2 GP Mango exterior color and H6XW white interior. The '70 body style is unique in the fact that it was one year only and the only year to have the split, individual oval bumpers surrounding the grille and it's the last year the Bumblebee stripe was offered. 1970 is considered to be the high-water mark for Chrysler's performance cars. The quality of restoration far surpasses the level of the factory-original build quality control. This car is as bright underneath as it is on its roof and has a complete stainless steel exhaust system. The attention to detail throughout the entire car is amazing.
