Lot #1276 - Matching numbers 1970 442 W30 convertible, one of 168 W30 automatic convertibles produced in 1970. Restored by Thornton Muscle Cars of Quakertown, PA, in 2007. Car shows beautiful in Porcelain White with gold top, gold stripe and green interior. Car is loaded with options and original documentation. One of a total of 264 W30 convertibles and one of 168 convertibles with automatic produced in 1970. History of ownership from the original owner to the present owner with original New Vehicle Warranty dated 5/6/70 from the original owner in Baton Rouge, LA, the Application for Transfer of Warranty dated 7/2/71 for the second owner in Baton Rouge, LA, the Certificate of Registration for the third dated 10/11/78 in Baton Rouge, LA. The third owner of the car sold it to the current owner in Lewes, DE on 12/2/2006. This W30 has a lot of documentation including two Broadcast Cards, Protect-O-Plate in original sleeve, original owner's manual in original sleeve, original pre-delivery checklist, original 1970 Oldsmobile Consumer Information booklet, original Oldsmobile accessories flyer and original maintenance records. This W30 is loaded with original factory stock options that include the original aluminum W27 rear code SV 3.23 posi-traction, F heads, OW TH400 transmission, Hurst dual gate shifter, Strato bucket seats, console, power steering, AM/FM 8-track radio, power top, power locks, air conditioning, Rally gauges, sport steering wheel, front disc brakes, SS II wheels, BF Goodrich TA radials, red inner fenders and sport mirrors, only available in 1970.
