The transmission is a 4-speed gearbox and electric overdrive, MGB GT V8 rear axle with 3.07 gears. Jet-hot ceramic-metallic coated MGB-RV8 style headers and dual exhaust. The suspension has been upgraded with the Ron Hopkinson handing kit, including front and rear uprated sway bars, lowering springs and tube shocks. Mini-Lite style alloy wheels with Bridgestone Potenzas. Although British Leyland produced only about 2,100 MGB GT V8's from 1972 to 1974, a V8 roadster was never produced. Weighing only 2,300lbs, this may be one of the fastest cars on the road. You've never heard an MG sound this good either.
