Lot #317 - This car has had two owners. The first owner was local and bought the car new at $60,000. It was always garaged and rarely driven. I bought the car in 2005 and also kept it garaged. The car now was 79,000 original miles with two owners. No mechanical changes have been made on the car except regular maintenance. 10,000 miles ago in 2005 when I purchased the car, I performed a mini mechanical restoration using all factory Mercedes parts and used a certified Mercedes mechanic to do the work. Work done included: two new fuel pumps, new fuel gauge sending unit and float in tank, Mercedes brakes, pads & rotors, Mercedes burn steam shocks, new water pump, all new factory Mercedes belts and hoses, all new plugs and Mercedes wires, all new bushings in front end motor and transmission support, serviced transmission, had Mercedes rebuild new radio and install new speakers, new Michelin tires, new $1,500 factory Mercedes cloth top and changed air conditioner to the new 134. The car includes both a hardtop and factory softtop. The car is immaculent and can be used for a daily commute. It has the best color combination of its type. Everything works perfectly and there are absolutely no leaks from under the hood to the versatile tops. The only touch up to the paint was a small scratch on the driver side door that is slightly visible now.
