Lot #326.1 - This was a future car in the upcoming motion picture kids in America. Impressive performance combined with an underrated image. The 944 Turbo is by far one of the fastest, best handling yet elegant Porsches ever built. With its greatest attribute being its acceleration when passing, times of only 3.3 seconds from 60 miles per hour to 80 miles per hour, and 80 miles per hour to 100 miles per hour in only 4.8 seconds are easily achieved. Additionally with its perfect 50/50 weight distribution, its incredible factory Brembo 4-piston caliper braking and its .90 G on the skid pad, very few cars built can match these performance figures. Aside from the 50% increase in power from the factory turbo charged power plant this 951 received other major factory enhancements including: Aerodynamic front bumper with air intakes serving the intercooler, Recaro sports seats, high rate springs, stiffened struts, and large diameter anti-sway bars. Showing only 54,000 original miles this well maintained Porsche boasts of its original owners manuals, original build sheets, immaculate original interior, power windows, climate control, first in class driver and passenger air bags, sunroof, California emission, and newer performance tires. Sold new in Honolulu, HI. It was shipped to California shortly afterwards. With it's stunning Alpine White exterior and "Turbo" call out to its near flawless Burgandy leather interior. This is one Porsche that anyone would be proud to own. One of only 1874 imported into the States. As many one can see this Porsche is near perfect, and it runs like a brand new car.
