Accounts Payable Staff Accountant
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Description
Searching for an experienced full cycle Accounts Payable staff. Primary responsibilities include the accurate and timely processing and recording of vendor invoices and other payables into MS Navision Payables system. Also, responsible for responding timely to vendor inquiries, investigating differences between invoices and P.O.’s, filing of processed invoices, and other projects, as assigned.
Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years progressive A/P experience
- Must be detail and deadline oriented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be self motivated and able to work independently
- Navision experience preferred
- Must have Form 1099-MISC processing experience
- Computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Proficiency in 10-key
Accounts Receivable Staff Accountant
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Employment Duration: Permanent, Full-Time Position

Description
Primary responsibilities include assisting the Accounting Manager with certain accounts receivable and cash management processes. Duties include reconciling and posting daily cash sheets, preparing deposits and processing through Desktop deposit, reconciling credit card transactions, processing invoices and/or seller checks and filing.
Skills/Requirements
- 2+ years recent A/R experience
- Must have attention to detail
- Navision experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Proficiency in 10-key
Web Developer
The contract will be for 4 months.
The web developer will be responsible for:
- Setup and configuration of multi-vendor shopping cart application on staging and production environments.
- Preparation and testing of multi-vendor abilities in shopping cart application.
- Testing of all functionality in the shopping cart experience.
- Changing the appearance of the shopping cart via templates and CSS to match the corporate style for web sites.
- Provide complete documentation on setup, configuration, and use of the shopping cart system.
Technical Experience:
- Web Development and programming
- Database design and query optimization
- PHP (4 and 5)
- MySQL
- HTML/XHTML
- CSS
- Unix/Linux
- Apache Web Server
- Open Source shopping cart experience (X-Cart Pro preferred)
Education:
- 4 year degree
- Experience in the areas listed
