	REQUEST FOR CONSIGNMENT ONLY Submittal of this form is a REQUEST FOR CONSIGNMENT ONLY and does not constitute an agreement by Barrett-Jackson to consign your vehicle. If accepted, a Barrett-Jackson representative will contact you within 2-3 weeks to begin the process of consigning your vehicle. If your vehicle is accepted and assigned a Lot number, you agree that you will not sell it prior to the auction.
	Vehicle Auction Time Barrett-Jackson does not guarantee the time a particular vehicle will cross the auction block. Barrett-Jackson reserves the right to add additional Lot numbers in the sequence at any time.
	Vehicle Title You must submit a copy of the vehicle title (front and back) with this request. All vehicles MUST have a clear U.S. title in the seller’s name. In the event of a successful sale, funds will be payable to the entity shown on the title.
	Photographs of the Vehicle You must submit 5 photographs of the vehicle with this request. The 5 photographs consist of a front 3/4 view, rear 3/4 view, side view, interior view and engine view. Upon submission of this form, you agree that Barrett-Jackson may use any photos or other materials submitted for promotion and advertising of the sale of the vehicle. You certify that all photos are true and accurate representations of the vehicle you wish to consign to Barrett-Jackson. 	Vehicle Descriptions Vehicle Short Description The Short Description will be used by Barrett-Jackson to advertise and promote the vehicle if it is accepted for the requested auction. Vehicle Long Short Description The Long Description will be incorporated in your final Consignment Agreement with Barrett-Jackson if the vehicle is accepted for the requested auction. Barrett-Jackson will advertise and promote the vehicle based on the information provided in the Long Description. By submitting a Preliminary Consignment Request Form you agree that all information provided is TRUE AND ACCURATE. Any changes to the Long Description after acceptance for the requested auction may void your Lot Number assignment. Any materials used to promote the vehicle by you MUST BE CONSISTENT with the Long Description.
	Only Completed Requests Will be Considered Barrett-Jackson only considers completed request forms with all information provided and the owner’s signature included. Submission of an incomplete form will invalidate your consignment request.
