What will I need to Consign?

1. The Preliminary Consignment Form will take you approximately 15 minutes to fill out for each vehicle you would like to consign.

2. We highly recommend that you have the following information available before you begin filling out the Preliminary Consignment Form.
 
a. A copy of the Title for the vehicle(s).
NOTE: If you are applying for consignment ONLINE then you should scan the FRONT and BACK of the title and have the images ready for uploading.
b. If you are a DEALER a copy of your Dealer License.
NOTE: If you are applying for consignment ONLINE then you should scan the FRONT and BACK of the Dealer License and have the images ready for uploading.
c. If you have other documentation about the vehicle(s) have those documents handy as well.
NOTE: If you are applying for consignment ONLINE then you should scan the FRONT and BACK of the documents and have the images ready for uploading.
d. 5 Pictures of your vehicle(s)

e. You should know the following information about your vehicle(s). You WILL BE required to provide this information BEFORE you can be considered for consignment in a Barrett-Jackson Auction.
 
1) The Year, Make, Model, and Body Style of the Vehicle
2) Interior and Exterior Color(s) of the vehicle(s)
3) The size of the engine in the vehicle(s)
4) The number of cylinders in the vehicle(s)
5) Is/Are the engine(s) in the vehicle(s) original.
6) The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of the vehicle(s). You can find the VIN number on the Title of the Vehicle(s).
7) Has the horsepower of the vehicle(s) been modified.
8) Does the vehicle(s) have an auctomatic or manual transmission.
9) Does the vehicle(s) have documented high performance parts?
10) The condition of the vehicle(s) ie. Custom, Custom Restored, Numbers Matching, Original, Original Restored, or Stock.
11) What do YOU think the vehicle(s) is worth.
12) A Short Description of the vehicle(s) (maximum of 250 characters including spaces)
13) A Long Description of the vehicle(s) (maximum of 2000 characters including spaces)
