Absentee Bidder Registration

Can't make it to the live auction? Barrett-Jackson offers registered bidders the convenience of three (3) absentee bidding methods allowing you to still be able to participate in the bidding process from the comfort of home.

The bidding methods are as follows:

INTERNET BIDDING

Barrett-Jackson will again be offering the exciting opportunity to bid using your computer. You will be able to bid using a user friendly Interface that will let you see and hear the auction action live. Buyers can preview lots prior to the live bidding.

TELEPHONE BIDDING

For those of you who do not have an Internet connection, we will continue to provide an experienced staff to receive your telephone bids.

AUCTION REPRESENTATIVE

Can't make it to a computer or your telephone, let us know which lot(s) you are interested in and your maximum bid and we will have a member of our experienced staff bid on your behalf.

BIDDER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

To bid on a vehicle during the Barrett-Jackson event, you must first complete the registration process. Bidders will be issued a bidder paddle number only after the following items have been received, and your method of payment for vehicle purchases has been approved. A Bidder Number will not be issued if the application is incomplete, or if required items are omitted.

Absentee Buyer's Commission: 12%
Absentee Automobilia Buyer's Commission: 17%

All Absentee Bidding requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to day the Lot Number crosses the block. If absentee requests are not received 24 hours in advance, the bids will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Note: Payment is required for each vehicle purchased on the day of the sale. A Buyer's Premium of 12% and 17% for Automobilia is calculated and added to the Hammer Price. As the buyer, you are responsible for payment of this premium, as well as all applicable fees and taxes, at time of payment.

ABSENTEE BIDDER AGREEMENT FORM

• Fill in the required fields on the registration form.
• Print the bidder application form.
• Sign the forms where indicated (Registration is not complete without your signatures.)
• Payment of the $100 Registration Fee:
  To charge the registration fee to your credit card, enter the card type, number and expiration date on the application form before mailing, OR enclose a personal or business check.

BIDDER AGREEMENT FORM REQUIREMENTS

To register for Las Vegas 2008, Scottsdale 2009, Palm Beach 2009.Please submit the Bidder Agreement form, with the required items listed below.

• Completed Bidder Agreement with signature
• Registration Fee (All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, the registration fee is payable by credit card, or by personal/ business check.)
• Copy of current driver license, state ID or passport (front and back)
• Proof of current auto insurance that is valid through the dates of the Auction BIDDER PADDLES WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT PROOF OF CURRENT AUTO INSURANCE
• Method of Vehicle Payment - $30,000 Minimum Bid Limit (New method of payment must be submitted for each Auction attended)

Please select ONE of the following:

• Option 1: Wire Transfer - Bidders using non-US bank accounts or individuals planning to wire US funds to pay for vehicle purchase(s). (Letters must be written on bank letterhead using the 'Non-US Bidder or Wire Transfer Customers' format.)
• Option 2: 20% Deposit of your desired bid limit, in the form of cash or cashiers check(s) made payable to Barrett-Jackson only.
• Option 3: Bank of America Auction Card with a credit line of $30,000 or greater. (Paddles will be held onsite until authorization from a Bank of America Representative is received 2-3 days prior to the start of the auction.) Apply here.

Registration Information for Dealers

If you are a dealer we will need a copy of your current dealer license AND a copy of your current state resale/tax ID.

The following additional information is required:

• Verification of Dealer Ownership - If you are the principal/owner of the dealership, but your name is not listed on the Dealer License or state resale/tax ID.
• Dealer Authorization to Bid - If you are a representative of the dealership and not the principal/owner.
