The first step in the Consignment process is filling out a Preliminary Consignment Request Form complete with photos and a copy of your title, front and back.
After we have received the Consignment Request, we will contact you with more information on pricing, estimated value and availability at upcoming auctions.
No Reserve attracts serious bidders. A vehicle being sold at No Reserve indicates that it will be sold to the highest bidder and generates true auction block excitement, which typically equates to higher bids.
Barrett-Jackson does not guarantee values or prices for particular vehicles. Barrett-Jackson nor any agent of Barrett-Jackson can guarantee values or prices as a result of the auction process. We will work with you to determine an estimated auction value, but in a No Reserve auction, the final price is ultimately determined by the Bidders.
To sell a vehicle at Barrett-Jackson, the Consignor is responsible for an entry fee as well as a Seller’s commission of 8% of the hammer price. The entry fee is determined by day and time of your Lot entry and includes tent space. Payment of fees without a signed contract does not constitute a consignment agreement.

Express Check In allows you to eliminate the possibility of waiting in long lines. After the vehicle’s consignment contract/packet is complete, you will be mailed an Express Check In pass. Follow the Express Check In instructions and please know where your VIN # is located and verify the VIN matches your title.
We begin accepting vehicles starting January 5th until January 11th starting at 8am until 5pm. January 12th is the first day of public viewing so all vehicles must be in place at this time. Checking in early is recommended to avoid long lines and time constraints.
No, if your paperwork is complete. However, if the paperwork isn't complete, your car will then be held in a holding area until all required documents are received and your VIN Number is verified.
We encourage either the Consignor or a representative to be with the vehicle when going over the auction block. After all, who knows your vehicle better than you? You should also be available to answer questions regarding your car's condition and history.

No. Your vehicle will be assigned a space where it will remain until it is time to go over the block.
Barrett-Jackson cannot predict the exact time my vehicle will cross the auction block. Each individual Lot takes a different amount of time to sell. Also, Barrett-Jackson reserves the right to add additional Lot numbers. A Barrett-Jackson representative will be able to tell you what day your vehicle will sell, and 3-4 hour window for the sale.
Yes, you may with adherence to all applicable Arizona Motor Vehicle Laws, or we will supply a driver for you.
When your car sells, it is moved to a dedicated location until the new owner takes it home. After 21 banking days, the proceeds from the sale are mailed to the Consignor.
