This rust-free southern Oregon 1971 Toyota FJ-40 has just undergone a frame-off restoration. Under the hood now lies a pro-built Chevy V8 for much better power and low-end torque. The other reliable Toyota drive components remain OE specifications. New Rancho suspension and a slight lift, along with the new 17' Raceline wheels and new tires, ensure that the Land Cruiser will conquer most situations it is steered into. Other modifications include heavy-duty front bumper, Warn VR8000 winch, KC daylighters, LED taillamps and back-up spot-lamps, and modern halogen headlamps. Full safari roof rack, dual exhaust, reclining Procar Rally seats, Tuffy center console and rear storage bins.
