Observed on the last Monday of May, Memorial Day honors America’s military men and women who have lost their lives in service to their country. It is a day for Americans to reflect on the sacrifices made by those who served in the armed forces. Many people pay tribute by attending patriotic parades, visiting memorials or spending time with friends, family and loved ones.
In addition to honoring those who have lost their lives, Memorial Day also serves as a reminder of the importance of supporting those currently serving, those who have served and their families. Over the years, Barrett-Jackson, known for its dedication to philanthropy, is honored to have helped raise over $37 million to directly support numerous charities dedicated to helping our armed forces and honoring America’s heroes.
