At the 2021 Houston Auction, bidders have a chance to own the NFT commemorating the sale of this “Fast & Furious” 1994 Toyota Supra at the 2021 Las Vegas Auction.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. ‒ September 15, 2021Barrett-Jackson, The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions, will auction two movie-themed Motoclub SparkNFTs on Friday, September 17, during the Inaugural Barrett-Jackson Houston Auction. The NFTs on offer with No Reserve are from two carefully selected highlights of June’s Las Vegas Auction: the sale of the 1959 Cadillac “Ghostbusters Ectomobile” Re-Creation (Lot #4001) and the sale of the 1994 Toyota Supra from “The Fast & The Furious” franchise (Lot #4002).

“The first four NFTs we sold during our Las Vegas Auction in June were a huge success,” said Nick Cardinale, Chief Operating Officer of Barrett-Jackson. “We’re confident these two NFTs auctioning in Houston will generate a lot of interest among enthusiasts of these vehicles and the movies they represent, as well as those who are fans of non-fungible tokens and Motoclub.”

Each SparkNFT auctioned in Houston will include one illustration, one video and three images of the featured vehicle sale from Las Vegas to be enjoyed from the collector’s Motoclub digital wallet, and will be auctioned between 7-8 p.m. Central Daylight Time on Friday, September 17. Bidders present at NRG Center as well as absentee bidders online, by phone and by proxy may take advantage of this unique opportunity. Those interested in bidding on these collectibles may register to bid at the event or online at Barrett-Jackson.com/Bidder.

The four NFTs sold during Barrett-Jackson’s Las Vegas Auction in June, known as “The Barrett-Jackson Prestige Collection,” totaled $67,000 and featured the sales of four VIN 001 vehicles from earlier in the year.
