Details
This 1974 Jeep CJ5 underwent a complete frame-up, nut-and-bolt build. It features a 4WD Hardware fiberglass body and nose with custom paint and led taillights. The interior has new Bestop seats, AutoMeter gauges and spray-in textured floor liner. It is powered by a 304ci AMC V8 engine with numerous performance modifications including a Holley Truck Avenger carburetor, Holley intake manifold, electronic ignition, aluminum radiator, headers and custom chambered dual exhaust. The 3-speed manual transmission has a new clutch and shifts well. The braking system, wiring harness and fuel system are all completely new. The Jeep rides on a 3' suspension lift with off-road shocks, Falken MT tires and aluminum Pro Comp wheels. The front and rear bumpers are from Smittybilt, including the rear swing-away tire carrier. This Jeep has test miles only since its completion.
