It was purchased by the previous owner in 1973 at the 'cars of the stars' auction in los angeles. It has been in a climate controled environment since 1973 and driven regularly for proper maintenance. It truly represents one of the finest examples in the world today. The owner has documentation from previous owner stating the car was owned by gary grant.
