This car is a faithful recreation of Porsche's famous Speedster with its low windscreen, exclusive badging, and soft top that stows below the level of the body for a sleek, clean profile. As Porsche only produced fewer than 3000 Speedsters total, originals are getting harder to find and their prices are soaring well into six-digit figures. This recreation is a highest quality manufactured vehicle built to exacting standards using all new components. The new 1600cc Volkswagen engine is outfitted with downdraft Weber carburetors, and the suspension parts are all completely new including disc brakes. Cosmetically, it is very difficult to tell this car apart from a real one with its correct badges, banjo steering wheel, fully finished trunk with carpeting, chrome luggage rack perfectly fitting soft top, flat-four soundtrack, and more. This car is finished in a very cool Kelly Green over a tan interior.
