this 1968 shelby gt-500 is virtually all original by the fact that it received a gold at the 2001 mca grand national show at kansas city. also it has won first place at many local mustang shows and golds at several national shows (e.g. biloxi national in 1999). this car tied for first place in the kinsport, tennessee mca grand national for the previous owner. it has the original 428cj engine with an honest 330 hp, but rated by ford at 400 hp. it is listed in the shelby american world registry. this beautiful car has less than 25,000 miles since new. it was featured in the mustang monthly, september, 1992. the original title from the state of tennessee and bill sheet are available. the owner's manual and glove box has been signed by carroll shelby. it is one of 402 made.
