Details
Acquired in 1985 originally from Portland, OR, documented frame-off restoration substantially completed in 1994. Frame and most sheet metal were dipped. A professionally rebuilt exact of original 1956 272cid V8 engine was installed. Transmission and rear end professionally rebuilt. All other components were either rebuilt or replaced including new springs, steering, suspension, brakes and electrical. Special features include; exact of original wiring harness with correct molded connectors (very few available), vintage 1956 Ford woven vinyl upholstery (NOS), wrap-around rear window cab replaced small window cab. Competed in 1994 Concours d'Elegance at Forest Grove, OR, scored 85 points awarded 3rd in class. Has been in dry storage since 1994, never driven, all restoration receipts and records are available including the score sheet.
