Over 1,000 hours were documented by GP Musclecars in this museum quality rotisserie restoration that was just completed on this rare one owner 'M' code 440/6 pack, lift-off hood 'pillar' Roadruner. The 'M,' as designated in the 5th digit of the VIN, denotes 'High Performance 440-Special Order' for these limited production Roadrunners. A total of only 227 automatic 'M' code Roadrunner pillar cars were ever manufactured. Built as a factory light weight street racer, the 'M' code Roadrunners were manufactured without undercoating, wheel caps/trim, heater or radio. The 1969 440/6 Roadrunner is acclaimed by Muscle Car Review Magazine, an established source on muscle cars, to be Mopar's fastest production car and the 3rd fastest muscle car of all manufacturers. This extraordinary Roadrunner was selected Editor's Choice and Best of Show in the All Mopars at Moroso by Randy Bolig of Mopar Muscle Magazine.
