'Baldwin Motion' recreation Camaro RS/SS 427 convertible completely customized and restored in 2004. Attention to detail is readily apparent. Every part of this car is either new, or is fully reconditioned. The engine is a 1973 GM 427 CID big block, balanced with all the goodies inside. The transmission is a new TKO 500 Tromec 5-speed, new clutch and flywheel, 12 bolt rear main with new GM positrac differential. During the reatoration process, 4 wheel disc brakes were added. This beauty has been driven only 200 miles since restoration. No expense was spared during the frame-off rotisserie restoration of this exciting automobile. Engine componenets: 1973 block, GM Std 427 crank-new, Keith Black pistons, comp cams with double roller timing chain, 296 302 adv, duration 540 lift cam, Edelbrock RPM cyl heads/Arp bolts, new starter, alternator and distributor. New parts: gas tank, brake booster, master cylinder, ball joints, bushings, tie rod ends, custom-made variable ratio steering box. Drivetrain componenets: new TKO 500 Tromec 5 speed, new clutch and flywheel, driveshaft balanced with yokes attached, 12 bolt rear-end, new GM posi 331 gears, factory traction bar.
