This is a showroom fresh '51 Chevrolet 3600 series pickup truck. When you open the door it has that new truck aroma. At 25,000 miles it underwent a complete body off frame restoration, both body and mechanical, back to original specifications and condition. It has an overdrive transmission installed to permit it to cruise at current highway speeds. It is painted Omaha Orange, an original color option, color code 234E, and a #1 show quality truck. Great detail was paid to keeping this an original during restoration, note the wiring harness was replaced with original fabric braided wiring. It has the original 216 cu. in. 92hp engine, serial # AJCA671261. I have put on 1700 shake down miles on it since restoration without a problem. If you are looking for an original unmolested truck to put in your collection, this is an exceptional, if not the finest surviving Chevrolet truck out there.
