Pontiac Historical Society (PHS) documented as one of only 210 produced with optional RAIV 400 CID 370 horsepower engine, Muncie 4-speed (M-21) and 4.33:1 safe-t-trac rear. Of 72,287 GTO's produced in 1969, only 210 or .29% received this drive-train. Furthermore, this GTO is restored to original in the very desirable Matador Red with red interior making this one of the rarest 1969 GTO's in existance, possibly the only one of it's kind. Correct and specific RAIV manual transmission 'WW' block, RAIV 9796722 round port cylinder heads, RAIV 9796614 aluminum intake manifold, RAIV 9791014 (R) and 9797038(L) exhaust manifolds and RAIV 7029273 carburator. Other PHS document options include functional ram air hood with hood tach (standard with RAIV) power disk brakes, 'JA' code rally II wheels, hide-a-way headlight's and power steering. Just completed two plus year frame-off, rotisserie, nut-bolt restoration to concourse gold standards. Winner 2006 GTOAA nationals concours judging in 1st prepresentation.
