You are viewing a spectacular rotisserie restored and very rare 1972 Pontiac GTO equipped with the WW5 package. Only 290 of these WW5 GTO's were built and this package was only available in 1972. This GTO underwent a rotisserie restoration exceeding a cost of $85,000.00 dollars. This owner has a photo album of the complete documentation. The WW5 package included the 455 HO engine (YB), ram air system, turbo 400 transmission, safe-t-track differential (Y99), front and rear 1 1/8 inch sway bars, formula T/A steering wheel, P/S, P/Disc brakes, gauge cluster with tach, body colored sports mirrors and G60X15 tires. In addition to this package this GTO is equipped with bucket seats, console, AM/FM stereo and factory A/C. This silver base coat clear coat paint is in show condition as is the chrome, trim and glass of this stunning GTO. This GTO has the rear spoiler along with Firestone wide ovals mounted on the Pontiac Ralley II Wheels. The overall exterior of this GTO is spectacular. The interior of this GTO is just as spectacular as the exterior. As for the car it is also in excellent show condition with a spare in place. Under the hood you will find a detailed engine compartment that is home to the numbers matching original 455 HO engine. This engine was completely rebuilt at the time of the rotisserie restoration. The engine is hooked up to a 400 turbo transmission that is also numbers matching. This transmission was also rebuilt at the time of the restoration. The original rear differential completes this GTO's drive train. Every nut and bolt was restored on this GTO to factory specs. The owner does have the original dealers invoice to document this GTO, also owner has reproduction window sticker from PHS. You will not find a finer GTO on the market today.
