Panoz has taken technology and advancements gained through its LeMans racing program and applied them to the Esperante in the form of the GTLM. Under the aluminum hood and cradled in the new-for-05 carbon fiber superstructure is a front-mid mounted, supercharged version of Ford's quad cam 4.6 liter V8 good for 420hp and 390lb-ft. It is mated to a short throw Tremec 6-speed gearbox versus the standard Esperante's 5-speed, and sports an 8.8 inch limited slip differential. Other exclusive features of the GTLM are lightweight 18-inch BBS wheels, and racing style aero kit that reduces front and rear lift while incorporating brake ducts and looking sexy. Sport seats, deluxe interior trim package, auto-dimming mirror, and alloy grill round out the details included on the GTLM, while this car has the optional full colored stitching and SEMA stereo package. With only 1,184 miles on the odometer and in pristine condition, this Chilli Pepper Red Metallic Esperante is in like-new condition and still under factory warranty.
