1939 Hudson Big Boy 3/4 ton pickup. Complete frame-off restoration. Museum quality. Original numbers matching, 6-cylinder, Power Dome engine with a 3-speed manual transmission and 119' wheelbase. Truck runs, steers, shifts as new. Rich naugahyde interior with color keyed door panel inserts. All glass, chrome and stainless in outstanding condition. Wide white wall 16' tires with matching bed mounted spare. Gorgeous removable ash wood bed, original steel bed underneath. Running boards with new matting, electric clock, vacuum wipers, chrome grille and bumper, chrome exhaust tip, twin locker boxes in bed. An ultra-rare low production vehicle. Only 640 commercial vehicles were produced in 1939 by Hudson that figure is inclusive of 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton pickups, cab and chassis trucks, sedan deliveries, woody wagons and taxi cabs. The number of the Big Boys produced is unknown, but is far less than the all-inclusive figure of 640.
