On September 6, 2003 this Chevrolet Monte Carlo was the official pace vehicle at the Chevrolet Monte Carlo 400 NASCAR Winston Cup Race held at the Richmond International Speedway. Based on a Monte Carlo SS, this vehicle features performance and appearance modifications as well as safety enhancements to make this vehicle one of the most distinctive pace vehicles ever. THIS IS A MODIFIED VEHICLE.
