The M-80 was the winner of both the Don Ridler and the Yosemite Sam Radoff Sculptural Excellence awards at the 2001 Detroit Autorama. The car was on the cover and featured in a centerfold article in the May/June 2001 issue of 'Super Rod Magazine.' Extensively modified and built over a custom frame by Hot Rods and Custom Stuff in Escondido, California. The car boasts remote entry, no keys, Corvette LS1 engine, 6-speed manual transmission, Kugel independent suspension front and rear, Vintage Air air conditioning, Ron Davis aluminum radiator, Halibrand wheels and Ron Mangus tan leather interior.
