This was awarded an NCRS Chapter 96.8 Top Flight in 2010. Powered by the original 283/270hp high-lift cam engine with two 4-barrel carburetors, it is one of 1,621 built in 1957. It's also one of 664 produced in 1957 with the original 4-speed Borg Warner T-10 manual transmission, which was a milestone for the automotive world, as the 4-speed manual transmission was born and introduced in the 1957 Corvette. This is frame-up restored and has 80,023 original miles (mileage not indicated on the title). An extremely tight 1957 Corvette, it runs and drives beautifully with less than 500 miles since the restoration. This Corvette is also equipped with the rare Wonder Bar AM-seeking radio, courtesy lights, heater, off-road exhaust and 3.55 rear axle.
