This 1959 BMW Isetta 300 had a ground-up restoration and is powered by an air-cooled 298cc single-cylinder gas engine producing 13hp and 14 ft/lbs of torque, mated to a 4-speed manual transmission with reverse, with a top speed of 53 mph and utilizes a 3-gallon gas tank. This Isetta is one of more than 160,000 units produced between 1955 and 1962. It is finished in an Azure Blue exterior over a Bavarian Blue interior. Also known as a "Bubble Car," it features Italian design with German engineering and its signature forward-opening door. This Isetta has a canvas sunroof and is meant for egress in the event of a front-end collision. The Isetta has enough room to fit two adults and one child on the single bench seat, with room for luggage on the rear parcel shelf or the luggage rack on the back.
