Details

This 1965 Chevrolet Corvette convertible received a comprehensive restoration in 2020 and is refinished in the original factory paint code 900M Milano Maroon over white leather and is powered by a 327ci V8 engine mated to an upgraded Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a new Haartz black soft-top, turbine-style 15-inch knock-off wheels, BFGoodrich Gold line tires, four-wheel power disc brakes, power-assisted steering and side-exit exhaust outlets, while the cabin is outfitted with air conditioning and a Delco push-button radio. Enhancements to the car include a Tremec 5-speed transmission, modern air conditioning and VBP 330 composite mono-leaf suspension. The engine block casting is No. 3782870 for an era-correct 327ci and suffix code HH is believed to be a 365hp but not verified. It features some light performance upgrades, such as an electronic ignition and a Holley 670 CFM Street Avenger carburetor. The original 4-speed Muncie M20 transmission with casting No. 3851325 is included with the vehicle. Also included in the sale is a booklet with numerous restoration receipts, brochures, miscellaneous parts and a car cover.
