The 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429 fastback is powered by a factory-original Boss 429ci V8 engine, topped with an aluminum intake and Holley 4-barrel carburetor, producing 375hp and backed by a factory-original 4-speed manual close-ratio transmission. Power is put to the ground through a bulletproof Ford 9-inch axle with 3.91-ratio gears. It features competition suspension, power steering, power brakes with front discs, functional front spoiler, hood scoop, color-keyed racing mirrors and 15-inch Magnum 500 wheels wrapped in F60 15-inch Goodyear Polyglas tires. The Marti Report states it is one of 239 produced for the mode year finished in a Black Jade exterior. The black Clarion-knit vinyl interior features high-back bucket seats with a console, Deluxe Interior Decor Group and Visibility Group. This Boss was assigned Kar Kraft No. KK-1485. The Boss was sold new at Kirk Ford Sales Inc. in Hancock, MD. The sale includes a Deluxe Marti Report and owner's manual.
