Lot #947 - This stunning 1927 Ford roadster is on its original frame with early '40s running gear, hydraulic brakes, power coated frame, split wishbone front end and Ford wire wheels. Rear end is Banjo style with shortened torque tubes and adjustable coilover shocks. Powered by a 1951 Flathead V8 with Winfield cam, stainless valves, twin 48 carburetors, aluminum Edelbrock cylinder heads, Mallory dual point distributor and 1938 Ford 3-speed transmission. 12-volt electrical system. Custom interior with polished bomber seats. Painted in Ford Washington Blue with light tan pin stripping. Outstanding custom build with less than 100 miles since completion.
