Lot #1239 - 1994 Goodguy's Street Rod of the Year. Built by Sam and Chip Foose with numerous body modifications including A-pillars, visor, windshield opening, lengthened doors, shortened rear quarters, flush fit suicide doors, one-off cowl section, drip rails removed, 3" chopped top, rear wheel wells re-radiused and the belt line rolled into the rear windows. It is powered by a Chevy small block with a Turbo 350 transmission coupled to chrome 9" rear end. The billet wheels were designed by Chip and the Swedish leather interior with tweed accents was done by Tom Sewell. The frame is by Just-A-Hobby with independent front suspension using tubular A-arms and Alden coilovers and Fiat rack & pinion steering. It also features a full belly pan in addition to air conditioning for creature comfort. A true piece of Hot Rod history ready for show or cruising.
