Lot #62 - The Crosley Hot Shot was the brain child of Powel Crosley, a manufacturer of radios and refrigerators from Cincinnati, OH. The Hot Shot was America's first post-war sports car with only 26.5hp. The car was not very fast but handled well. There were 2,498 Hot Shots and Super Sports built from 1948 to 1952. Introduced in 1949, the Hot Shot was available at the low price of $849. It has had an extensive restoration, every nut and bolt, paint is new or restored. This auto has factory radio and heater.
