Lot #952.1 - You are viewing a fully restored 1969 Camaro Z/28 upgraded with the ultra rare Cross-Ram and JL8 disc brake options. The car is painted in the original Crimson Red that was the only red color offered in 1969. The car has a correct DZ 302 block and is a true "X33" Code Camaro. The car has been recently serviced and runs perfectly. In 1969, only a few enthusiasts noticed option code JL8, which put a set of Corvette disc brakes on all four corners of the Z/28. Chevy said 206 people ponied up the $500.50 they charged for the JL8 option, so the ones that survive are very desirable Z/28's. Genuine "X33" Z/28 with Cowl Induction, 4-speed, factory tachometer and gauges. Crimson Red with red interior. Factory Cowl Induction system, Muncie 4-speed transmission, 12-bolt 3.55 posi-traction, cross flow exhaust, power steering, Delco AM radio, rosewood steering wheel, Rally wheels with Firestone wide oval tires, original style space saver spare. Fascinating ground-up restoration completed on this solid and highly detailed Z/28. The Cross-Ram 1969 Z/28's are some of the most sought after collector cars. A great addition to any collection.
